Children in this class are 2 turning 3 and older. There are never more than 14 children in this class with an a.m. and a p.m. teacher. There is a bathroom in the classroom to provide easy access for those children still learning to use the toilet. Lesson plans are written weekly based on the themes of study. This is the age where the pre-school TEKS begin to be loosely incorporated into the lesson plans.
